How to Measure

Body Length: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder straight down to the bottom hem.

Body Width: Measure across the chest, one inch below the armholes, while the shirt is laid flat.

Sleeve Length: Measure from the center back of the neck, over the shoulder, and down to the end of the sleeve.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After production has started, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already shipped, we are unable to issue a refund or replacement. Any additional shipping costs to resend the package are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, BBQ Therapy Podcast is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will gladly assist by providing tracking information if needed.

Our shirts are designed with a classic unisex fit. Please refer to the size chart before ordering, as we cannot exchange items ordered in the wrong size.

Damaged or Defective Items

We only accept returns or offer replacements if your item arrives:

• Damaged during shipping

• Defective due to a manufacturing or printing error

• Different from the item you ordered

If your order arrives with one of these issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos of the damaged or defective item

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund if a replacement is unavailable.

Non-Returnable Items

Because each shirt is made specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size ordered

• Color preference

• Change of mind

• Buyer's remorse

• Normal wear after use
